:? Has anyone started using the " new and improved " MLS (slow) website?
I really like the older version. You can pin point areas alot easier and faster. I don't have alot of time logged on with the new MLS, but so far it seems to be slower. Even on a highspeed internet line. Comments? Thoughts? :?:

Jay,

I don't know which MLS website your talking about you might want to post a link to it here. Is this a open MLS system for buyers and sellers?

We here in western washington have been using a MLS (NWMLS) website for some time now. I personally like it more than the old Compass system (dial up). Although not every county is on the system the ones that I deal with are. The website works as fast as my computer connection (broadband). So Personally I like it.

Wow, that was a fast response. I can't remember the web address. Its something like www.mlswi.com buts thats not it. When I go to the office on Monday I'll get the right one and post it. I've been employed in the appraisal business for three months. The MLS we are currently using isn't dail-up. We access right from an icon on the puter screen. I like the fact that you can get the taxes, history and do searches quickly. On the web site you have to use the mouse to change screens for the different aspects of a house. Example, 1 story or 2 story? Lake frontage? Bathrooms? etc. Color? just kidding!!
