I have already suggested this.

They considered it spamming.

That is not spamming ... that is appealing to your representatives.

However, if Wayne doesn't want hundreds of people accessing that link, then print the results of the poll to PDF, attach it to the email and cite the source of the poll.

Works just as well ......
