What information should I gather from the realtor for a Condo purchase when setting appt.?

Contact information for the managing agent for the condo project.

By-the-way: what did your Supervisor Appraiser suggest you ask of the Realtor?

Be aware that some management company charge for the basic complex information. Like, total units in complex, sold units, rentals/investors, parking spaces, guest parking, HOA dues, construction phase, deeded/assigned parking spaces, utilities/unit, etc.

Also, included a disclaimer on HOA documents and budget analysis that thet were not made available to the appraiser for review and is beyond the SOW.

Any questions you can't answer without asking someone associated with the sale.

Ok, better yet.. What info do you typically gather for a PUD that is not typically available through MLS/County Records?

Look at the bottom of page 1 and page 2 of a 1073 form.
