Okay - I would like a referral regarding the new URAR form in regards to a class - online or in-person - regarding this new way of report writing that everyone seems so afraid of ...where did you find a class ?
The only one I found - I could not attend -
I guess call my state appraisal commission ????
Thanks in advance.

Grok-4 is coming out in a week. Supposed to be revolutionary. Also, ChatGPT 5 is due this summer. Also, there are supposed to be big game changes. These AI systems will be able to not only answer questions but also do honest-to-goodness independent research for you.

I know what this means. But I get the impression not everyone does. Not Fannie Mae, not Freddie Mac.

I'm going to tell you: Nothing "new" coming out is going to have much of a life expectancy. It will all change - faster than you could possibly believe.

What new form? Is it really happening?

I bet our software companies will offer training. Mine ( alamode ) is offering a webinar on it - but it is not yet a real training one, more an overall overview. Or something like that.

Perplexity with Deepseek or Claude 4 is basically there.

I took one a month ago, about a 100 miles from me. I have seen several other posted on CE sites that are coming up (in person or zoom).
Most software companies do not have the new form available yet. Most CE providers will have one available. You have several months to find one nearby.
The class I took counted for 7 hours of CE. SFREP & Alamode will suposedly be fill as you go with dropdowns, While Bradford and others by special wizards.
Until it is available in the software you use I would not freek out.

Most major education providers are now offering classes on UAD 3.6. The GSEs also have training modules online. Those modules can be accessed for free, but there is no CE credit (if you need/want the hours).

The ASA/NAIFA in Tennessee is doing a live class in August if you’d like to come.

I’ve already taken the McKissock one too, and they are all very similar because the foundation of the topic has been put together by the same group.

McKissock was very boring though. I’d try a webinar or live class.
