New VA Fees

I don't know. I used to know certain people out of Atlanta, RLC. I would ask them questions and they didn't know many questions but they knew that VA handbook right and left and many were previous private practice appraisers. They would say let me email you this reference from the handbook.
 
VA is the client. It makes a difference.
 
From what I understand, the fee and turn time will only effect areas where there is a high number of veterans and few VA appraisers. The fee schedule I found still shows the 2021 fee structure for TN.

East TN has some rural mountains. I think they are higher than west TN. I guess it is because it takes so long just get around. Memphis area is probably more heterogeneous than anywhere but not like driving mountains.

I think turn times are higher in some areas than others.
 
Liquidation assignments used to have longer turn time but they changed that. Extreme East TN may be 10 day turn time. I think some States have 10 day turn time.
