You didn't miss much, your girl was a no show. Only 3 cases were heard and it went very fast.

At least you showed an interest in the biz and attended. Which is pretty good for a low life LICENSED appraiser.

Dontcha no I aspire to be an arrogant, pompous jerk like all your CRs and CGs?:icon_mrgreen:

Terry -- Hope your daughter is on the mend. All we are getting is a bunch of rain. Think the humidity is about 150% today.

Questions, questions -- Are there many spectators? Do they ask if you want to say anything? Formal or informal atmosphere?

Aim high, baby, aim high.

I got there a little late due to the rain and finding parking. Had to park in the Huntington garage because the Verne Riffe is mostly reserved.

Anyway…when I got there they were wrapping up going over the department update (didn’t hear any of that).

There were only 3 respondents who showed up for their case. The AGs office read off the charges and the appraiser was given 10 minutes to say what they had to say, then the AGs office asked the board to consider the settlement that had been worked out (previously). Once all three appraisers had their 10 minutes, the board went to executive session behind closed doors to determine the punishment of the appraisers.

It was a very small room. If a bunch of us showed up to a meeting, I don’t know where they would put us all.

I and one other appraiser were the only public there to observe the proceedings.

The next meeting is November 21st.

Thanks, would you say formal or informal?

What kind of dog is Hamlet? I picture a big black Great Dane. Yesterday, I was inspecting a property with the most gorgeous dog --big black Great Dane -- that was entranced with my camera, clip board and Disto and I thought of one of your posts.

I'd say it was a formal hearing.

Hamlet is a chocolate lab and a bigger baby there never was. He is a lover, not a fighter for sure.:)
