Yes! Just click the "view all posts since your last visit" link that at the top of the index page which is the first page you come to at:
http://appraisersforum.com/forums

It is on the right hand side opposite of the post new topic icon

You will be able to view all new posts, regardless of forum!

This software really integrates different forums much better than the old software, which had to have a different index pages for each forum, it is all together here, however better divided so you can find what you want easier!
