Just got the email. Nighthawk is approved. Looking forward to see how well it operates. On November 1, of course. Unless everything is delayed, which would be the responsible thing to do. :rof:

Same here. Free for existing customers through 2026. Noncustomers can get 5 free. I might try messing around with it this weekend

I would be interested to see how this works. Lots of hype about it. And here are a few questions, "Will they continue to support the old program?" What will be the cost?

Will there be an extra fee for the CRACK the Bradford video narrator imbibes, so appraisers too can "Enhance their Nighhawk Experience" and be more productive I wonder? :LOL: :rof:
