NJ Bill Permits RE Agents BPOs No Limits

Congrats to Rick Kulman and the AI for their work in stopping this bill. Let us NOT, however, let down our guard as some leadership members of the NJAR believe there's
money to be made by ridding the marketplace of those pesky Appraisers.
Question: how do you Realtor/Appraisers feel about the action taken by the NJAR? Is
the appraiser section of the NJAR going along with this? Most of us have been "stabbed in the back" by someone, in our career, but by an organization that represents you? OY!
 
NJ BPO Bill- Absolute Veto by Gov. Christie 8/19/13

Vetoed because NJ Constitution states only appraisers determine value. RE agent BPO would be too confusing. Absolute veto means bill may never be re- presented.
