Are the LO and/or Realtor claiming the subject is a modular?

Two units on the property. An older farmhouse and a 1989 single section HUD MH. Photos show the kitchen and baths in the MH and he sent me photos of the data plate and label. Now they're trying to say it's a pre-HUD MH, is personal property, no kitchen and just storage. There's a permit on file for the electrical service connection in 1990 (it's a 1989.)

Dealt with that a couple weeks ago...It's not a manufactured home, it is a modular because it was set on a permanent foundation... ah yes...
