Hi
I inspected a one family( New Construction). After the inspection i find out
that there is no C/O for the house yet. The owner is living in the house and
everything seems to be completed. The owner says that he has one more final inspection before he gets the C/O. My questions is can i still do this appraisal without a C/O and put it subject to or put it (as is) and state there is no C/O.
Please Advise. First time with this situation.
Also this is a Ref.
Thank You
Raquel
