I've actually got two appraisals this week that are not going to lenders. One is for a condo that is rented out and the renter wants to buy, so they wanted me to see how much it's worth (the appraisal is for the owner). So what form should I use? The other one is a SFR for a woman who just had an aunt die, I'm guessing this would just go on the old URAR but I'm not sure.

thanks in advance...

GP forms (general purpose) most likely. Nothing really wrong with old URAR though.

My software has Non Lender forms which I use in cases like you have.
