Obtaining Public Sketches

"Tax assessors and local assessing offices are not universally required to use ANSI; many still use their own local or legacy measurement methods, and there is no national mandate or survey documenting ANSI adoption rates among assessors. Discrepancies between appraiser and assessor measurements are common because of this."

Even with ANSI, appraisers can have different measurements.
With Cubicasa, all measurements will be same which the GSEs always wanted.

You think 3 different people using Cubicasa will get the same results?
Yes.
Everyone can use their smartphone and walk inside the house and all the measurements are calculated for you.
Anyone can do it.

Which means the homeowner could do it and eliminate PDCs.

You said Everyone.

Every cubicasi sketch I see in listings is wrong with respect to GLA. Might measure in interior dimensions of the dining room correct.

I asked rep and based on interior measurements, Cubicasa can get GLA and even have an upgrade to ANSI.
I haven't tried it. Cost money.
