Oct 1, 2009 Only Certified Appraisers may do FHA
With this in mind at AppraiserUSA.com we will be removing the "FHA" designation in each listing of licensed appraisers since they will not be able to perform FHA appraisers after 10/01/09.
So if you have upgraded your license level to Certified please log in and make the change in your listing if you want to continue to be shown as an FHA appraiser at AppraiserUSA.com
FYI we have a separate FHA search page that returns just FHA appraisers, and it has gotten a lot of activity, especially since the HVCC was implemented.
