Ocwen- Real Trans- Login Problems

I am having trouble logging into Real Trans. They are asking for a new password for security purposes. However, I get this message " The password should be have exactly 8 characters" which it is. I tried over and over but can not login.

Has anyone else had any problems?

Will -- the pass word needs number/numbers, letters (capital and small) and a ?%&*.!@# thing. Sorry, don't know the correct nomenclature for the 'things.'

You need to use your same log in and then change your password to something like rateis4%

I finally was able to change my password and login. This is the first order that I have received from them in about 10 months.
