5' ceilings in a restaurant? Is there a market for restuarants in your area for "little people?"

See, there you go again, picking apart what I said...:rof:

Two separate houses. The 5' Yankee basement was in an 1854 Victorian; the other basement where they were going to put the restaurant, had really high ceilings in the basement - it had an oven fireplace that was 7' high and 12' wide, maybe higher. The ceilings might have been 9' but I can't remember. Just before the wife and I moved to Florida we were in negotiations to buy that house back, but it fell apart over $10,000. Upsets me to this day. The people who did end up getting it, got it for $5,000 less than our offer - I think.
