OK, so it's been a few years, say 10 for FHA

Back in the day, there were not many FHA jobs in my neck of the woods, and I'm a little rusty.

Now... FHA is the flavor of the month. I've been trying to avoid them, but alas, FHA is in my order box.

sideyard setbacks on the sketch?
Every single habitability issue? Textbook! From a chipped mirror? to a cracked Switchplate?

Better condition for completion of repairs, or else?

So where is the FHA quick list? not the government encyclopedia!

The quick FHA refresher guide for the 30 year experienced appraiser is where?????

The link to a sample SFR and Condo report is where????

Thanks in advance!!!!

Add this link to your favorites. It's a link to HUD clips. All of the housing handbooks are here to read online and download.

Here's a link to the HUD reading room. Read recent Mortgagee Letters here. You will HAVE to read ML2005-48's attachment which is a revised Appendix D to the 4150.2. It replaces the valuation conditions in the 4150.2 and will quickly get you up to date..
