If they insist on the Fannie forms then we should consider GSE underwriting as the default. How many loans can they keep in house and for how long?

OTOH... if they truly don't care then this conversation is moot and you are free to report it on a napkin with some xerox pictures.
haha aint that the truth, however I think this one is over the deminimus watermark...so the napkin needs to look like a form and the word APPRAISAL must be used haha

Over the diminimus implies agency underwriting which is pretty much in line with GSE underwriting. Did you provide an "as is" as well as an "as completed" opinion of value in the original report?
