Hi...Trying to find a way to purchase a new binder for my M/S cost handbook from Corelogic.

This is the way I prefer to access the info, so please no suggestions that I should get digital.

I cant find a place to order it on their website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Old Guy.

I dont belive they print them anymore there are other sources like Craftsman I believe you can still purchase hard-copies but with rising cots of construction you will not get any paper updates to pricing. Good luck but look ate other tools available.

Hi..I still get my quarterly paper updates. Just got the last one yesterday. Im only looking for the binder since they change the sheets from 17 biner holes to only 7 & they dont line up for the old binder.

Call them and they will send you the new binder. That is what I did and it worked seamlessly.

I still get quarterly Residential updates and monthly for the Valuation Service Manual in the mail.

I am thinking my old checkbook binder was a 7 hole model - Office Depot or Amazon

Even the digital can’t keep up with actual costs.

It’s through the roof right now

Thanks guys...I actually found something online with 7 hole binder, something like an pilots logbook...I'll try calling for the free one from Corelogic0good luck witht hat Im sure, then I'll end up buying the one I foind. Thanks again.

Some people hardly ever complete a cost approach, and I guess that's one thing, but I often use it numerous times per day, so going to their "pay per use" doesn't make as much sense.
I get both the residential and MVS commercial book updates and the MVS update is monthly. I'd be very surprised if the actual surveys for updating costs are actually being updated more often than about once a month anyway, so I doubt digital vs hard copy are that far apart.

You can tell when you call M&S about physical binders that they really do believe you're stuck in the past (and a second class citizen).

I develop the cost approach on every appraisal. At times, it's less reliable in finding the value of the subject property but, it is a good source of support for adjustments that you may otherwise be having trouble extracting.
