Online CE

Heard something today today and would like to check if true or Not?

That Florida has now disapproved online CE and all that have taken it will have to go to a sit down class?

If not true and online CE is still ok here in Florida, has anyone tried it and how was it? are some any better than others.

Frank had put a up that the Appraisal Board had an opening for an Appraiser member, I know a man who recently applied for this position, he is an SRA, 18 + years in business, and even used to teach Appraising at local college. and one of the most knowledgible, and honest appraisers I have ever met.So if the position had not been filled, and if anyone has any influence with the Govenor, Mel Ward would make a great addition to the Board.

Pam, I have found that many Realtors in my area have never heard of the mortgage fraud problem. I am trying to put together some information with actual cases for them.

There was discussion on the forum about it in the past, how can I find that information? And do you know where I might get other information on it?
