I would be very careful in making sure you do everything you can to get the information.

I know someone who purchased in a condo complex and when signing all of the paperwork for their unit signed something that said if any other homeowners in the complex fail to pay their share of the common charges or the property tax the rest of the homeowners will share the costs.

They now have 45 owners out of about 165 either in foreclosure or just not paying.

Their charges have gone through the roof and there is no way they can even sell their unit if they wanted to.
