Since discontinuing NDC, I cannot find plat maps for Orange County. I dont have a problem with any other county. I hope there is a life-saver out there that can tell me exactly how to get it!

I am in San Diego county. Sandicor (county-wide MLS) has access to Realist.com than you can pull the plat map.

Do you have such a MLS?

Yes. I have access to MLS/sandicor, and most properties are available from realist. But for those properties that aren/t I am usually able to pull it down from the city's assessor's office. But, for orange county, I cant.

The Orange County Assessor's does not offer them on line. If you do no have another source your best bet is to buy them from Realist at $2.00 a map. Chicago and Orange Coast Title Companies have good web sites with plat maps. If you have a good bank or mortgage client they should be able to get a password for you.

will do. thanks to everyone that replied...
