Note that at the end of the PDF, they look to revoke his licence, and have him pay OREA $20k fine, but, nothing about paying the appraisers....otoh, orea may not have ability to levy on this guy.

It gets worse, end up is he loses his license, and pays some $14k investigation costs. No fines levied, no stipulation of payment to appraisers.

Appraisal boards typically do not have the power to make anyone pay anyone else. All that the appraiser board can do is discipline and appraiser or AMC (which may include a fine in most states), but they cannot render a civil judgment or force anyone to pay their debts.

Looks like they got the "Timeshare Bandit" (BROYLES, RONALD C.). Guy did 5,000 time shares, almost 40% were fraudulent.
