Not according to the USPAP guy at the state office. They would not tell me what they wanted an explanation on, that was the problem.
If you do a summary report, and its documented with analysis in the appraisal report, I do belive your client is entitled to your reasoning. As I said, check with your E&O Carrier. Perhaps other USPAP instructors will weigh in on this situation here.
