It's not only California; TAF has broken the rule-making process in many other states, possibly making USPAP null and void.

Great, so you guys can make their state's licensing fees go up. Even moreso given their smaller numbers and fewer resources.

No matter what, the AI's designated appraisers are never going to run the table in the appraisal business, and the AIs code of ethics will never become the primary appraisal standard. So you can just put that pipe dream out of your head.

The issue is whether or not TAF broke the law. If they did, they need to be held accountable.

You should sic the U.S. DOJ on them. That'll show them.

Think about it. You might actually get the rebate they owe you. The problem is like AARO and the missing million dollars; the surplus money suddenly went poof!

I predict my licensing fees will be higher 5 years from now.

Interestingly, if they ran a 20 million dollar surplus, the rebate should be substantial.

WTH are you talking about "took California Real estate appraisers to the cleaners"? Which appraisers? How much did he get from them?
Did you read the previous post? Muteff is prominently featured.
