I have always reported it as required (lost numerous clients due to this).

Thinking about it more, I don't expect anyone to tell me differently or that someone would admit that they only call for severe CCP.

Mainly just venting, I am so done with people getting upset when I do my job properly.

home built prior to 1978, aluminum siding installed 1983, siding is scaling... is this a required repair or just noted in the appraisal ?

Recently I have been told by Lenders/Brokers that FHA does not care about it that much. Have also been told by the Loan Officer and FHA Fee Inspector thought I was too picky.

Don't believe those clowns, do what is required.
