I know lenders don't want people in photos. However, I didn't want to disturb person sitting on sofa so I took a photo with her/his leg with stocking & slipper on so no evidence of skin color. I know it's for discrimination purposes for not having people but if no skin is showing on people, is it acceptable.

I use the blur tool as well, but even if not, you should be fine IMO.

I always change their skin tone to a light purple.

I never worry about nondescript human lumps

One of the first inspections I completed on my own as a trainee years ago, I opened the door to a darkened room and that is all I saw was a non descript human lump. Closed the door quick and learned to ask if anyone was inside

So has anyone got busted having a person in the photo but you can't distinguish its race. Should I test it?

I had the same issue, sleepy teenager had a sock sticking out from the bed cover. I cropped it out, but I had to think, wow they really over look at those photos.

Someone sleeping? I get the person who admitted me to the property to take the picture.

know lenders don't want people in photos.
Still I don't know why it makes a hoot. I've had people follow me around and you could not keep them out of pictures. And try to tell a dog or cat they are not the object of your visit.
