I am making a promise to everyone in the Forum with headaches that this will be my last post on MRA. From now on I think I'll just go along for the ride as an observer.
All I can say is that I agree with you 100% that MRA can be a useful tool for appraising. I don't know why you appear to be taking all the responses as a personal attack on your vast MRA experience.
But as far as that banker in the quote above, sounds to me like he was willing to say anything to get you out of his office.
