"How has perchlorate contamination affected home values in the San Martin area. Are there any records that already show values affected by this? I'm talking to Randall Bell (Doctor Disaster) who has a formula for estimating how such events affect home values but I'm also looking to talk to local realtors who have already seen values affected, why, why not and for how long and how far reaching (geographically) value impact could spread.

It's for a special story for the Pinnacle that may also run nationally in terms of how these things hit home values.

Would love to hear from appraisers, even theoretically on this kind of thing."
