It's nice. I have been seeing double images of the URAR in my sleep and have been close to burn-out for about a month.

But as I look across my office I see a lot of work left. Finished reports stacked high that needs to be logged, filed and those trainee hours added. Really there is just a "path" from the door to my chair , the aftermath of weeks of frantic caffeine energy (I also noticed that my chair has an outline of my butt with dust). Empty toner cartiges, comp lookups paper that was used on both sides, pizza boxes, at least a dozen coffee cups, vendors adds offering desperate discounts, pictures of vacation get aways, continuing ed notices are piled up on one spot of the desk and a huge stack of unpaid bills.

Oh well, that stuff will wait a bit longer, I think I will take the afternoon OFF.

:D

you just described my office
cept 3 years of debris

ugh

I thought it died last week. Then on Friday, BAMMMMMM four assignments. Two more yesterday and two the day before. It ain't over yet folks!

Same here, had a lull for week. Down to my 2 last jobs, then 9 jobs
yesterday..mostly sales now.
Back to work,
Frank

I can count my clients on one hand, so my slow down is a micro-picture of a full time established shop/person.

I think it still reflects the market. That's ok right now. I have several projects in the office I would like to do:

1. Clean the office up and organize it.

2. Add a second hard drive to provide a data-backup copy using raid.

3. Install that speaker phone I have had in the closet for months.

4. Take a M&S training class, I am weak in the cost area

5. Enjoy the down time, it was a long summer...
