Well, I for one hopes Glenn sticks around for a long time.... I'll put up with his marching around in the basement in his boxers and General coat from the thrift store....ranting on his ham radio about woke, Biden, and the New World Order because he was a good appraiser and has a lot of knowledge and lived experience in the field. He also has a good sense of humor when he's in a good mood.
