If that's a water view I've got a small round one in my bathroom

Today I appraised a farm where the kids left the water running to the horse trough......I turned if off. A pool or a created wetlands? Maybe thats what you need to call it...a wetlands and request wetlands mitigation, or ask if they put pool chemicals in it or just risk West Nile for fun.

I think you would have a functional obsolesence and need a cost to cure to install a real one. :lol:

Re; your original post, what about the $400k swimming pool I saw once. Most of the cash went into the foundation, on a hillside. 8O Was in a magazine too, guy gave me a copy. :lol:
