Hi all.

We have a beautiful 1980 Targa SC 911 porsche for sale. original red paint in great condition, black whale tail and modified for road and track. A real head turner. 15K

also we have a 1991 Jeep for sale. older car with some rust but good running condition. just had everything that needed to be done to it done and it has a brand new inspection sticker 3k

and then there is my car. 2000 subaru forester, well maintained mechanically but i have to admit the bumpers are a bit rounded off...not sure on the price of my car yet. we can talk.

also for sale is our house. center split level (3 levels above grade ~2000 sq' with another 900 finish in the basement with second kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, family room with stone fireplace and a finished garage with hot and cold running water. in the past 12 years it has had new roof, furnace, ac, kitchen, flooring, the back patio roof replaced with metal roofing. it has a totally private 20x40 inground pool surrounded by 12 foot arborvite. it has new concrete, new plumbing, new pool heater, "elephant" winter cover new tiles and has a creepy cleaner for easy maintenance. the house comes with a 6 person hot tub and an established asparagus bed and fully planted garden for your eating (and money saving) pleasure. we have over 200k in the house and are asking $160,000.

if anyone wants to come and check anything out, everything in the house is for sale too including antiques like a georgous 39" tile top mahogony table. the wood is exquisite.

that would be nice but not gonna happen. hopefully the sale will give us enough $$ to weather this industry climate.

not selling the camping equipment. the tent may be our new "home"
