How about the following assignment totally unralted to the subject of this AF thread:
--The other assignment is to respond to the [original/same client's] ROV of a rental analysis that accompanied a 1004 completed by a different appraiser. The Opinion of Market Rent but not the Opinion of Market Value is being ROV'd.
--A PDF version of the original appraisal report has been provided.
--My report will include a 1007 and 216, a narrative about my Opinion of Market Rent, as well as a SOW comment indicating that I didn't provide the original report, and true photos of subject exterior- and comp photos.
Questions:
Does a FNMAE "generic certification addendum" exist because I've never previously conducted a stand-alone report like this before.
Should I provide reference to the original appraisal including the original Opinion of Market Rent.
