Yeah, more than a few are working on a.i. skills to populate appraisal software. I spoke with a couple of the software developers when I was in Dallas. None have plans to allow an API into their software, they don’t want to deal with the inevitable hiccups because appraisers will call them not Claude, etc. to work out a problem.

Hopefully with continued total market domination lol I'll continue to cull my lender work and just stick with 1 really good lender or 2, the VA (who says they're good with 2.6) and private GP work like my boy @Functional Obs who is 100% private only. I thought that was crazy talk a year and a half ago but it's now about 50/50 and growing

If you don't have a website I strongly urge you to ask Chat GPT to make you a site which it now offers called sites. This works very well and is synergistic with a legit GBP you make with that manual I have linked in PDF in an earlier post. This is for a broker site because I have already made my appraiser site but it cost $24 in GPT credits and looks amazing runs amazing and best of all Google bot thanks it's already a legit site. I made a legit GBP for this second business from my same address which Google is not a fan of but because it's two separate entities at the same address with different phone numbers it let it go through. The 74 number isn't an issue for the first picture loading in mobile I fixed that already
