There's a app called mesmerize for meditation that I've liked but is subscription based I tried making mess with grock a couple months ago and it sucked so in the remaining days of Fable 5 I try it again. This is version 4 which looks okay and it's fun to learn something new

Are you sick and tired of lender/AMC/upcoming 3.6 UAD work? Here you go my entire life's 1.5 year summation of building a GBP (Google Business Profile) from scratch from nothing to 5-7 private deals a WEEK. Simply take this doc stick it in your AI (paid top-tier version) of choice and say "do this" and it will walk you through making your own free cash generator like a 5 year old.

GBP MAXXING FOR APPRAISERS The complete Google Business Profile playbook for private / non-lender work. Free. No course, no funnel, nothing for sale at the end of this post.

WHY I'M POSTING THIS

I'm a fellow appraiser. A while back I built a Google Business Profile from zero — day one, by myself, no agency, no marketing background. What I had was time between inspections and stubbornness: I cross-examined six different AI platforms against each other and against Google's own documentation, tested everything on a live profile, kept what worked, and threw out what didn't. That system now results in 5–7 private orders a week — divorce, estate, pre-listing, investor work. The orders that don't come with an AMC haircut.

Meanwhile the internet is wall-to-wall with gurus selling this exact knowledge for $497–$2,000. Most of it is recycled, some is flat wrong, and a shocking amount teaches features Google killed years ago. So here's the whole thing, free, for this board. Ask questions in the thread.

One ground rule for reading: everything below was checked against Google's current documentation and the FTC's published rule as of mid-July 2026. Where something is Google's documented rule, I say so. Where it's an industry survey estimate, or just my own field experience, I say that too. Never trust local-SEO advice that won't tell you which of those it is.
