Preferred Form

I have a bit of familiarity with the GP form, still says summary report, which doesn't really matter for what I'm doing. Decided to give the AI residential form a try. Nice in some respects. I can't for the life of me figure why they would remove the total room count for the subject, as well as for the comparables in the grid. The grid has a line item for contract date, fine, but why is it five lines down from the closing date? Should be just below closing date imo. Further, when I print hardcopy, there are quite a few margins and the text is more compressed than is necessary. Will someone please call AI and have them fix this? :)

I like this one. You can change or remove most verbiage. Just make sure you add the USPAP form and other Certs.

Retro or prospective you have to use this one:

Hello,

I've been asked to appraise a single-family residence for estate planning purposes. I was wondering if some would want to weigh in with their preferred form report for this type of assignment?

Thanks,

Which non-lending, generic-type, form for communicating an appraisal of a SFR is available in your software package? The answer to that question will go a long way in answering your question.
