I am trying to print a pdf. I get no letters, only boxes. How do I fix this?

Need a little more info please. Is this a file you are down loading, or one you are creating?
If it’s one you’re down loading, I can think of two possibilities.
1. you have a slooooow internet connection and need to wait until it completely down loads.
2.The "owner" may not allow printing of the PDF document.

I finally realized that I needed to check the print as image box. It was a document sent to me. Thank's for the response M.
