I am now a Certified General Appraiser.

How can I change my current status, which indicates Certified Residential??

Users can not change their Professional Status.

However I will upgrade your professional status when it changes. Start a conversation with me and let me know that your status has changed and I will update your status.

Your new status must be at http://www.ASC.gov so I can verify it. If it is not there yet, please wait until it is there before requesting the change.

Okay, but

Sometimes it takes the ASC website a good bit of time to update their records.

Can I e-mail this Wayne gentleman a copy of my Certification?

Please just wait until the ASC updates, it isn't urgent that it be changed.

Oh, its there

Okay, suprisingly the ASC webiste it updated. It reflects I am a Certified General.

So I can't downgrade my license to trainee if I felt I needed some serious help for a day (or more -- I have felt that way some days......)?

If you really, really want, I can make you "trainee for a day":rof:

Hey, is it just me or are all our professional statuses missing now?

I will fix it, we had a major software upgrade today.
