Does it pay to utilize the paid subscription part of Property Shark? or is just redundant if you have Comps Inc.
 
I agree. If you are going to use it in the 5 boros it is great. For coops in the city it has become a mandatory tool for me. I like it. Great product, great people running it. I use it in conjunction with Comps Inc. (who are also great folks).
 
I agree with me more seasoned colleagues. it is great for the five boros. I also agreed to upload all my photos of the properties I appraise in Suffolk County in exchange for free full service from Property Shark. Works for me. :)

Love Property shark. Good product and really willing to listen to suggestions to build a product that works well for appraisers. The information is great, the website still has some kinks but they appear to be working on them. it's a must with comps, online residential and street easy.:blush:
