I completed a manufactured home assignment three months ago and today I got this: "Please address the following asap, per the lenders request: The appraisal ratings for quality and condition do not meet the new appraisal standards"

Did I miss a memo? Since there is no UAD Compliant Form for manufactured housing, is it necessary to compy with UAD ratings?

UW=Idiot, Imbecile

Send that to them in an email.

Did the original request ask you to use UAD format?

Mark got it. UAD isn't required, but can be accepted for 1004C reports. If they didn't ask for UAD up front, I'd charge them to convert the report.

Didn't say squat about UAD on the order.

I just wanted to be sure that I hadn't missed something...wouldn't be the first time I missed a memo!

Even though reports are not for UAD (FNMA 1004, 2055, 1073, 1075) they can still be sent down the magic portal.
