Tell him to go take a hike, pack sand, howel at the moon.

If he does not have the same data base then is he GC for the area. Tell him to turn you into the state appraisal board if he don't like your work. m2:

Ask him if he got his client's permission to contact you and discuss HIS assignment? That should make him STFU.

He is claiming to have the SR1A card from the city in hand, have a copy filed with the State division of taxation that has size listed on it, also year built etc. he appears to be GC in the area as he has an office not far from there. what shocks me the most is that he actually called me. from what i remember reviews are supposed to be blind.

he did point out that I missed a sale on a comparable which i will admit is my mistake.

Also just found out this is a landsafe review.

Greg

he is not gonna have the chance to even prepare for that, I have corrected the appraisal for the sale that i missed on the comparable and I am putting an additional comment in the report that states he contacted me why he conteacted me and that he told me my data sources are wrong.

A certified general doing residential mortgage appraisal reviews for L/S at $150 a pop? Sad, really. I'd help him out.:rof:

I'd help him out.:rof:
As in, don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out???? That kind of out? :rof::rof:

No he is REsidential Certified, GC= Geographically Compentent as I used it and that what I figured Ray was saying too

GET it.....in writing..... NO verbal discussions whatsoever. reply in writing....retain in your Work File.

Say no more. Demand a copy of the review. If it is not provided do not respond to it. If it is fowarded to you address it accordingly. If he is doing a desk jockey review and it is flat out wrong, report him to the state. Do your USPAP homework, chances are it has been stomped all over.
