Brian,

If you have time to respond, it would be appreciated. I'm starting to log experience hours toward my certified general license. I've done some subdivision analysis of residential property, 30 single family lots, land for 50 townhouses, 10 condominiums etc.

Would these be classified as Residential (R) or Nonresidential (G). I thought it could go non residential because of the number of units involved, but I'm not sure.

I also remember a post regarding recent license applications which were rejected, can you summarize the main reasons again, I could not find the old post.
