question regarding car wash and gas stations

You put one of these on the same lot with your gas station/c-store and you've got a winner. I think the soap vender helps with construction costs and takes care of most maintenance in return for buying soap, wax and other supplies.

I've probably been to the car wash in Ontario you're talking about. Holt Blvd perhaps. There's a couple like than in San Bernardino too. They're great. $15 plus a $5 tip and you get almost a detail job.

Amazing how the markets are so different.

Those, located with the C-Store, are the least used, hardly used at all, around here.

When located along with self services bays and vaccums, as a stand alone entity, they do extremely well.
