Questions about outbuilding value

I knew the buyer and lender were not going to let that first appraiser get away with it and especially since you had to get another appraiser to help.
To be honest, I think the buyer was perfectly happy with the first appraisal...

I don't doubt that. But the lender wasn't after your move. Where are you going? Are you going to buy 100 acre ranch?

You have to look at it this way. The buyer did sign a contract, but I want to know where your are going? Are you buying a condominium? Are you going back active service in military?

You gonna just travel the rest of your life?

Welcome to Zoe's happy appraising welcome center. Any questions?
I help the man out and he won't tell me where he is going. I don't get no respect. I don't want an address. I always ask people where they are going when they are selling. I know it is none of my business, but I like to know. He is scared I am stalking him I guess. LOL

I don't call out of the blue and ask them, but if they are showing me the house, then I will ask where are ya'll going or where are ya'll moving?

I think I always get an answer and I say I wish you well.

The question is kinda an open end question and you would be surprised how long the answer is sometimes. The answer is sometimes real property specific. You get all kinds of reasons they are moving and the general area they are going.

On this veteran, I am not sure if they built the other site improvements or not. I am not sure on improvements to the other site improvements.

I am totally unqualified to provide appraisal on the subject.

But leaving a nice property like that has a seller motivation.

I am as incompetent as a tit on a boar hog.

The seller was nice enough to ask for information. I don't think it is too much for me to ask where they are going?

If I upset you seller, I apologize.
