Gee! Didn't the supervisor have his/her electronic signature properly secured? Or.........???????? Perhaps a trainee is being thrown under the bus?

How difficult is it to write a new signature and scan it into the software. Pretty simple stuff. Unless someone is now comparing signatures it would be pretty easy to do. My money says the supervisor did not have a clue since some of the appraisals were for property the trainee and her co-thugs was buying.

Her husband the police officer is going to have fun trying to explain this one for sure!

My supervisor mentored the husband of a real estate agent. The real estate agent was caught producing appraisals with fake sales, and signing both her husbands name and the name of a different supervisor he was working with. My supervisor was investigated and was found to have no connection with fake appraisals. The other supervisor was suspended for a short time and required to take some classes.
