Along those lines -- I'm looking for a 1st edition of The Appraisal of Real Estate, published in 1951. Anyone have one to sell?

I've had an alert on eBay, Craigslist, Goodwill, Abebooks and elsewhere for like 20 years now. There are reprints available using the old textbook as the source, but it isn't the same as smelling that 'old musty dusty reference book smell'! I've been hoping that someone here knew of an estate sale but no luck, so far.
