That is not the plan. I make my money mostly from advertising bought on sites I develop.

I'm not saying I wouldn't sell my site portfolio and retire. But 'selling the research' is not my plan, it isn't how I operate. I have a business in my web properties, which I develop as if they are real real estate. If my portfolio is of interest to investors willing to pay me 48x monthly earnings or more, I'd be all ears. Unfortunately, that is not a very realistic expectation on my part since most sites sell at 6-12x monthly earnings.

Do understand I'm not a rich man. I have a few employees, and a very small business which I built while working a full time job. I used to get home every day and update my sites. Selling advertising on websites, unless you are google and facebook, isn't all it is cut out to be. But I love what I do. I create value where there was none and profit from it. I have no boss, no clock in time, no place I need to be, etc.
