Governor Terry McAuliffe signed the new Virginia Real Estate Board Regulations on August 3rd and they will go into effect on November 1, 2015.
One of which is: Licensure: Excess continuing education credits completed by the licensee that are obtained with six months immediately prior to the license expiration date will carry over in the next two-year renewal period.

We need to have a movement for Appraisers to have the same treatment. Excess CE should be allowed to carry over just as the Real Estate Agents may do.
This is something VaCap should become involved in. Not like the leadership does not have enough to do.....
