Can anyone direct me to which state (or, states) RealEC is registered as an AMC.

This, of course, refers to states where AMC legislation has been enacted.

Anyone?

I do not think they are an AMC... just a communication portal.. look closely who owns them

I have some direct lenders that use RealEC, I do not think they are an AMC. The lender gives them their list of appraisers, they set up a site for each lender and the lender orders the appraisal. RealEC rotates all orders. All communication to the lender is through RealEC. They (RealEC) send it through the magic UAD checker, it gets approved and they send the lender an invoice, PDF and XML file.

At least thats how it works for me.:peace:
